    Great route through Steyning and towards the coast or Brighton Airport. Beautiful road overlooked by the impressive and Gothic looking Lancing College Chapel.

    Coombes road spans parallel to Steyning Road across the Adur river. The road undulates just above 50m above sea level leading to Botolphs views over the river and the factory on your right-hand side and Coombes Farm Tours on your left by the Church Farm. The road leads to Annington with some smooth uphills before you reach Steyning Village roundabout and the white horse pub.
