The estate in Semkovo was built from 1775-1780. in the style of classicism. The complex included a manor house, two side wings, a greenhouse, entrance gates, gazebos and a park in the French style. The details of architecture and interior design were personally approved by Adam Khmara, the last 29 Minsk governor. the Italian architect Spampani, who then worked on the territory of the Commonwealth. After the revolution, the estate housed a children's boarding school.
Currently, it is in a crumbling state, active restoration work is not being carried out.
