The Knockhütte of the VV Obernsee is located at 517 meters on the Knock and offers a wonderful view. The stilt building, which has 35 seats, is managed on a voluntary basis by the club members alternately on Sundays and public holidays. The menu includes cool drinks and hearty snacks. You can also enjoy coffee and cake with a wonderful view. The hut is also suitable and furnished for private parties. You will also find a fridge with a coin slot on the outside. Vandring
The beautification club Obernsees, which was founded on 7.7.1972 as a tourist and local beautification club, had the idea to build an observation platform on the Knock. The construction of a log cabin, the Knockhütte, developed from the platform in pile construction during construction. The hut is now a popular destination for hikers to enjoy the view of the Neuburg and to make a leisurely stop. Catering is on Sundays and public holidays. Otherwise, the cabin can be rented for private events.
