Vandring

The knight's stone No. 112, maintained by the PWV, shows the place where the Mückenwies forester's house formerly stood. The forester's house was demolished in 1885, today the new forester's house stands at the entrance to Speyerbrunn (coming from Elmstein).

The Ritterstein marks the location of the former forest house "Mückenwies" (R. for ruin). It was also called "Forsthaus Enkenbach" because it stood at the confluence with the Enkenbach valley. It was built in 1830.
