This famous Muffler Man is right at the entrance to the launching pad drive-in. The Muffler Men were once larger-than-life advertising figures for exhaust dealers, but now they also have completely different things in their hands. Especially this one, the Gemini Giant, is disguised as an astronaut and holds a rocket in his hands.
