A small family business that has been producing the Kítron since 1896. Kítron is a liqueur made exclusively in the Cyclades. It is made from the leaves of the cedar tree. In terms of taste, it can be classified roughly like a limoncello, but it has its own taste. It is available in three types: green, very sweet with 30% alcohol, less sweet than clear Kítron with 33% alcohol and yellow with 36% alcohol.
