This replica of a full-length course stone in Saxony and a fragment of the original stands directly in front of the fire-fighting equipment house of the Erlau municipality. The following conversion was used earlier. Source: Wikipedia "To standardize this, the Kursächsische Postmeile (1 mile = 2 hours walk = 2000 Dresden rods = 9.062 km) was introduced on March 17, 1722. Zürner used the distance hour on the distance columns, which corresponded to half a mile." So it is about 9 km to the Mittweida market.

Faulty replica of the whole mile column with the row number 4 of the Rochlitz-Mittweida post road from the Gepülzig forest at the fire station in Rochlitzer Straße. An original part from 1722 was preserved, was first set up at the station and moved to the location of the replica in 2018.
