Natural raw materials, environmentally friendly and biodegradable packaging and maximum enjoyment are very important to us.
With Karina's knowledge from the local bakery and Manuel's technical skills, we are a perfectly coordinated team.
Our milk ice cream has at least 70 percent milk content
and comes from the Zum Marx farm dairy in Obersöchering.
Our sorbets have a large proportion of fruit and are also vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
