The rock cellar with corridors approx. 350 m long, dug into the depths of the Hirschberg as a cool beer store, was set up as a brewery museum with harvesting, brewing and filling equipment in order to commemorate the 500-year tradition of the Hirschberg brewery, which was shut down in 1980 and was formerly the prince-bishop's Eichstätt brewery recall.
