Bridge that connects Castel San Pietro with Morbio Superiore, crossing the bridge opens up a magical scenario for cycling, you can go up to Val di Muggio or travel along the beautiful roads between Morbio Superiore and Morbio Inferiore.

Connection between Morbio Superiore and Castel San Pietro. The iron bridge, built in 1912, consisted of a 111 meter long metal structure that crossed the Breggia River below at a height of 79 meters. Since it no longer met today's traffic requirements, the bridge was unfortunately demolished in 1997 and replaced by a cement structure. However, the view on both sides remains fantastic.
