    Cykling

One of the most beautiful sections of the region. In the beginning follow the path of Santiago (English road) from Miño to Betanzos. If you go by bike it is highly recommended to deviate from the path of the road to follow this segment, the asphalt is in magnificent conditions and accompanies the river for a much longer and simpler section than the original route, highly recommended!
