Fortuna Bay is a 1.5 km wide and 5 km long bay on the north coast of South Georgia. Your entrance is between Cape Best and Robertson Point. The Norwegian whaling entrepreneur and Antarctic explorer Carl Anton Larsen named the bay after his ship Fortuna, with which he sailed the waters around South Georgia between 1904 and 1905.
