Beautiful bike & hike tour of Scharnitz through the Hinterautal always along the Isar along the Isar origin to Kastenalm. Until then, relatively little slope and long-term pretty impressive. After the Kastenalm first comes a pretty steep piece - pushing is announced - except maybe for the very hard bikers ;-). If this is done, it goes on to Hallangerhaus (1768m) and from there on foot over the Hallerangeralm, a small picturesque chapel and the Melzer monument to the ridge and from there right relatively easy on the Sunntiger peak (2321m). Fantastic view!
