At Bornsteinplatz you have a good overview of the skiline of Hamburg and a snack car. Accessible from the Landungsbrücken via the "Alte Elbtunnel".

A wonderful view of the jetties, the Hamburg skyline and also the Elbphilharmonie. Not really an insider tip, but the place is still overlooked. If you find him as a reward for a small snack, a Käffchen or an ice cream;))

A magnificent viewpoint indeed. You go through the old Elbe tunnel and this is the first point you can go to.
There is a second one. At the musical theaters. The easiest way to get there is to take ferry 73 from the Landungsbrücken.
