Vandring
Simien Lodge consists of tukuls with stone walls and thatched roofs and is a great alternative to camping in the Simiens. From here the very beautiful hike through the Simien National Park starts.

Highest lodge in Africa. Super friendly staff. The trick: If you stay here, you get a hot water bottle with you. 😉👌🏽 And the Geladas are often right outside the door.

The Simien Lodge is the highest hotel in Africa. Located at 3.20 meters, you will be provided with a hot water bottle for the night, otherwise it will be bitterly cold.
