As my love for gravel and its paths grows, so does my number of routes and highlights. You might think (I did) that you'll have to go to the Ardennes, the Eifel or even Catalunya or Tuscany for a proper gravel adventure. Not at all! In my own country, The Netherlands, are countless gravel roads. In this collection I share my best gravel routes. Including some of the best highlights and photos. On 1 and 2 May I will be cycling BEAT Cycling's Strikhedonia400, an ultra ride of 400 kilometers.
The route goes from Maastricht Central through the Limburg hills, the Maasduinen and Groesbeek towards Arnhem on the gravel paths of Erwin Sikkens (see his 'Winter gravel race against curfews' tour).
