... now I am just back from the start of our project 'Virtual Komoot Relay Hike', which I did together with Joe Penner in mostly first-class and slightly windy hiking weather.
The route was certainly not the most extraordinary, but there were a number of great photo opportunities and at least I tried…

We took over the baton from Frank and Joe today. The start was at the Wannsee S-Bahn station.
Since we have walked the Havelhöhenweg and the Grunewald as a whole quite often and on the other hand do not like to walk through the city, we took the ferry to Kladow in consultation with Frank and first walked…

I wish you the best of luck tomorrow, Andree! May the weather be as beautiful tomorrow as it is today. So I already know two ways to hike from Hennigsdorf ...

This 4th stage of the komoot relay hike follows yesterday's hike (komoot.de/tour/185293801) from Heiner.
We started at Hennigsdorf station.
We followed - apart from small deviations - the course of the 4th stage of the 66 lake hiking trail (trescher-verlag.de/reisefuehrer/deutschland/66-seen-wanderung.html)…
Dear Ones. The tour description will follow later! I only uploaded it once. Best regards, Steffi
Hi BJN, have just arrived at the Bernau S-Bahn station.
Wish you fun planning, tomorrow light feet and nice weather!
Attention: drunk father's day trippers!

Erwin deposited the baton at Bernau station, which was a surprise for me - I had typed on a hike eastwards on the 66-Seen-Weg or a tour north parallel to the Heidekrautbahn. But I quickly realized what a nice template he delivered, because it gave me the chance to finally hike the Gamengrund.
It was a…

Without BJN's kick-off, I probably wouldn't have gone to Falkenberg (Mark), because we have to change trains and SEV around 2:20 h. Bea takes even more time.
But we like the Oderbruch very much and the hiking trail (optional / partial tower, Fontane or Oderlandweg) on the demolition edge is really nice…

***** Attention, some pictures are not quite correctly assigned in the course of the route, because the real tour recording (it was 28.5 kilometers) is no longer available due to a crash and I had to read in the planned tour here, which was in some places however differs from the one run. However, the…

Now at the end of this hike, the same thing happened to Silvia yesterday. The tour was just there and I already wrote and saved the first little comment. Then I wanted to add Frank Meyer as a tour participant and boom, she was gone, the tour. Fortunately, Floh also recorded, so that at least we still…
In advance, the note that this is the planned route. The original recording had not disappeared in the end, but after a long pondering, I decided to take the planned tour because of the purity of the route. I had switched off Bluetooth for this tour, which also worked quite well. But that ended between…
My original planning was actually different. But RaMona made the suggestion at the start to walk past Flakensee over the Wilhelmshagen Woltersdorf dune train towards Müggelsee. It was a very good idea. We also changed the route from Grünau to Schönefeld so that we didn't just walk through the city. Overall…
Thanks Frank and Ramona for the easily accessible starting point.
Henni accompanied me until Waldblick near Lichtenrade and she was replaced by Thomas on the bike.
I didn't know the area south of Berlin and was pleasantly surprised. Wide views, but also enchanted forests with a lot of ivy.
The baton was…

I was overjoyed to have got a free place for this action. At the same time, however, I got a little panicky about the responsibility I have "voluntarily" accepted here.
My greatest fears that I would have to walk through the middle of Berlin, thank God, have not come true.
So yesterday I received the baton…
Thankfully, Mandy had almost put the baton down on my doorstep at Berlin-Wannsee station. Since this was already the transfer point between the first and second season, I didn't want to go to Potsdam or the crossing to Kladow.
So I decided to go to Berlin's Green Main Route No. 11 (Wannseeweg) along the…

I hand over the virtual baton to Lucy Lu at Spandau station.
description follows
Thomas had handed me the virtual baton yesterday at such a promising point that I got a little dizzy at first ... when do you have so many options at once in your life ?! 🤗
My stomach said: off to the water, Seeeeee, what else! Kopf said: Döberitzer Heide, our beautiful region does not only consist of…

... well, that was it, the final stage of the first and original 'virtual komoot relay hike'. After my comment from yesterday, it was clear that I would still close the circle. The distance was right, for me it was at least not yet a hike in the constellation and I had the exact planning within less…
