Today our tour led around the Werbellinsee. This is now my 2nd tour around this lake. Last year with Jakob, today with Moni.First I had to take a look at the site of the EJB, because the hoarding group should go here next year. The area is huge and invites all holidaymakers or day trippers to rest here. In summer and especially without Corona, there is definitely a lot going on here. There was no one here today. Then it went on through the Schorfheide. Up the mountain and then down the mountain to the northern tip of the Werbellinsee. We made the rest of the route on a beautiful bike path and stopped every now and then to take photos. You could have a coffee on a bathing lawn and have a short rest.Almost at the end of our tour we almost "stroked" the lock in Eichhorst. Here we saw a lot of nice restaurants that will hopefully open again soon. When we drove across the campsite at the end of our tour, we arrived in Altenhof again. Here we tested the Fontane grill (from the Fontane Hotel). The burger was awesome. : D

It was once on the Parsteinersee by bike, while the children played on the campsite or on the beach and in the water. Afterwards there was a little refreshment at the campsite.

Today a tour around Nieder Neuendorfer See and Tegeler See with Leonie (niece), Daniel (nephew) and his girlfriend.Originally, it was only supposed to be a short excursion from Hennigsdorf to the Spandau public store. My sister (Manuela) was with me until then. That's why I didn't start my recording. Spontaneously we 4 still wanted to go around the lake. I wanted to show them the route. You have no regrets. They also loved the route I have driven a few times.

In Vehlefanz you will find the Mühlensee. I have not yet been able to go around it. I try to catch up.The trip there was very nice. Unfortunately, mostly without a bike path. The Mühlensee itself is fantastic. Especially the jetty that leads along the water is beautiful, because you have the best view over the water.

Unfortunately I started the recording a bit late. Today we went with child (ren) and cone from Summter See (Friedwald) to Schloss Dammsmühle. We were on the road for almost 6 hours in total.Almost 1 year ago I was here by bike (from Hennigsdorf). At that time, the castle was not yet built. Does anyone happen to know what they're up to?I still think it's a beautiful, deserted place. Definitely recommended as a destination. :)

Today Moni (my sister) wanted to get out. I had told her about it and, like me, she found it very nice today. Today the children were not with me so that I could take some photos in peace.
The weather was very good again and the tour was great fun. A little picnic by the lake was our break. 😎
There is still an abandoned object in Summt. You can also see it in the photos. Maybe someone knows about it and can explain to us what it used to be. I would run this tour again at any time or ride a bike, but now I have to see something new. 😅🌞

    - the Summter See is quite overcrowded, but can be combined with carp pond and Mühlenbecker lake in combination to create a peaceful restful round, where you can watch fantastic birds

    Badestelle Summter See

    Hiking Highlight

The summertime lake north of Berlin is very easy to reach from the city by bike. It does not matter whether you walk the approximately 3 kilometer long circular route on foot or by bike. This bathing area is perfect for a dip in the cool water. In cooler temperatures, especially 4-legged enjoy the funny splashing.

    DLRG Strand

    Bike Touring Highlight

If we drive around the Tegler and Nieder Neuendorfer See, we come across 3 larger swimming areas. The DLRG is also involved in 2 of them. Including the Spandau citizens' filing. We have a beautiful piece of earth here.

Today around the two lakes in a clockwise direction, together with my two colleagues Jakob and Steffen. The two had a somewhat longer journey from Hohen Neuendorf. Then it was a total of 40km. Respect men !!! 😅Wasn't planned that long at first. Then it was a nice long lap. With a few breaks. A coffee here, a beer there. 🍺☕

Today I spent my home office break at Ruppiner See. I've had this tour on my list for a while and was able to ride it in very nice weather today.I started in Neuruppin, right on the water. If you look at the pictures, you don't need a lot of words. I didn't find the tour particularly exhausting. More relaxing. Wonderful nature, there was also a view of the water very often and in the end a coffee for me.Most of the time there was a nice bike path. Now and then gravel and road, but that wasn't a big deal. I am always amazed at how beautiful it is near the home. You hardly need a vacation anymore 😉

Today I was pulled out again. I had been planning a hike around the Briese for some time. My colleague came with me spontaneously. Unfortunately the weather was not so good. You can park for free at the forest school or mini monkey climbing forest. From here it started on the "catwalk" through the forest, always along the breeze. Nature is unique to great here. The swamp landscape with the trees in the water is very fascinating. I really wanted to see and experience it myself. We were not disappointed 😉🌦

Visiting friends on the Baltic Sea (in Behrensdorf).
It was about Selenter Lake today. A beautiful ascent and descent, many great views. We could also enjoy the view over the lake. In between there were many nice opportunities for a break, right on the water. I can only recommend the tour 😎
