Good Boltenhof is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg and uckermärkischen lake landscape, near the upper Havellauf. Here one is umgarnt of fresh country air, wide fields and the relaxed farm animals. Everything is a little slower. The former manor is one of the few historic manors in Brandenburg, which are still preserved in their original form. That's another reason why the operator family cares about sustainability.
In the high, old and listed walls of the historic manor house you can dine comfortably in the Café & Bistro, as well as the winter garden with a view of the park and the terrace around the fountain invite you to linger and enjoy.
Also in the old mansion, directly in the entrance area is the farm shop. Here homemade and regional products are offered. Among other things, there are fresh eggs from the Hofhühnern, home-made jams, soups or sauces. In addition, there are a variety of regional foods, such as various oils, biscuits and other sweets, wild sausage specialties, farm cows, natural wines, spreads, goat cheese, pies and much more.

In the eco-village Brodowin, high-quality food of the best Demeter quality is produced, in the middle of the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin. In the goat cheese dairy, 23 different types of raw milk cheese are made from 100% goat milk. In the farm shop you can also stock up on goat milk and goat yoghurt. Even the Wiesencafé is organic, the menu is made up of the farm's own products as well as regional products. From goat milk coffee to goat cheese bread, all dairy products come from the farm.
The dairy goat herd consists of 113 dairy goats, 104 of which are milked, as well as two breeding rams. The animals can move freely all year round. Except for the breeding lambs, all the kids stay with their mothers or aunts.

From the idea for people with disabilities to create a job offer in agriculture, the Ökohof Kuhhorst emerged. The Marienhöhe farm is the oldest Demeter farm in Germany. Erhard Bartsch, a close companion Rudolf Steiners, tested here the biodynamic agriculture from 1928. A non-profit association owns the farm, on and from the yard lives a group of people of all ages.

In Hirschfelde near Werneuchen, Sonja Moor keeps Galloway cattle and water buffalo according to the strict Demeter criteria - in line with the family and outdoors all year round. The products such as sausage and meat leads the farm shop.
Fresh meat is available about once a month and can be picked up at the farm shop by prior arrangement. Sausages, ham, liver sausage in the glass and our popular ready meals in the wake glass and meat from the frozen stock are permanently in stock.
Every Sunday at 11am there is a free one and a half hour tour of the farm. Telephone registration requested, meeting point is the bronze stag in the village.

Marjolein and Frank van der Hulst live and work with their six children on their picture-book yard in the Uckermark. In a secluded location, next to the forest, in the middle of the Uckermärkische Seen nature park, they run biodynamic agriculture.
The focus is on soft fruit, here are 4 hectares of raspberries, blackberries, black, white and red currants, red and green gooseberries, strawberries and rhubarb grown. The remaining areas are used for vegetables and feed for sheep and chickens. In addition there are orchards with apple, pear, plum and cherry.

After completing his agricultural apprenticeship in 2004, Fabian Lahres decided to found a beekeeping business. It is located on the edge of Märkische Schweiz, a nature park between Berlin and Frankfurt / Oder. The wax for the preservation of his organic bees is bought by beekeeper Lahres from Bioland-Höfen. There was a mill in this picturesque spot as early as the 13th century. Today, Jörg Behrendt gently processes linseed into high-quality oil here with his stamp press from 1911. To this day, the hydropower of the Dahme is used to drive some of the machines. The linseed comes from the neighborhood, where a farmer grows it especially for the mill. Linseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, black cumin oil, walnut oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, hemp oil, poppy seed oil, grape seed oil, camelina oil, almond oil and coconut oil are also produced here. All Kanow Mühle products can be bought in the farm shop. If you like, you can bring your own glass jar and have it filled with the fresh oil.

The Hullberbusch Sheep Farm is a family business that manages landscape with rough-hued Pomeranian land and goats. The food for the animals is produced on the 170ha (of which 100ha nature and landscape protection area) itself. The wool of the animals is sold as clothing in the farm shop, there are also fur, sheep sausage and lamb from their own slaughter, as well as goat cheese, goat's milk, bread, wine, juice and teas.
