In her home country, Sweden, Emma Johansson is known as "Silver Emma" after winning two Olympic silver medals in road cycling. These days, she takes it a bit easier and likes to climb mountains on her e-MTB. As part of the "Explore New Grounds" project, she takes you to Trysil in Norway and reveals a route through Norway’s untouched nature on well-maintained bike paths, which can be conquered by all riders on an e-MTB.

Trysil is actually Norway's largest ski area. When the snow melts, mountain bikers flock here to enjoy the hundreds of miles of natural trails and specially designed single trails. Surrounded by spectacular scenery, the Trysil Bike Arena offers something for everyone Here, you will find biking fun for the whole family. E-MTB make it even easier to access your adventure. Instead of taking the cable car, you can practice new techniques with additional power.

With a combination of skilfully designed and natural trails, Emma's route gives you an impression of the whole area. From wooden trails to rough single tracks with panoramic views, you can expect a varied adventure. Check out this video that Emma took on one of her visits to Trysil to get a taste of what to expect:
