At the Misgav area in the western Galilee you can find a countless number of XC trails! No matter what level you are, both beginners & XC experts will like it: Take it easy or full power - you decide!

Mishmar HaEmek offers a nice playground: short ascents & excellent moderate trails down (mainly S1 & S2), super fun to ride. Some nice jumps, rocky parts & north shore elements make it even more fun! Perfect area for half a day.

The "green lung" located about mid-way between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem: Ben Shemen forest offers XC rides par excellence! We were super lucky to be there when the Bike Demo Day took place and had an amazing time with the local Bike Community!
