In Israel, there are only flowy desert trails? Not.at.all! The local community is busy building and shaping trails. What has been built around Jerusalem in recent years is amazing! If you like technical trails you will like it a lot: rocky DH sections, big Drops and steep parts is what you can expect

The Sugar Trail is an old trade route that was used to transport goods up from the Dead Sea towards Jerusalem. Today, with the help of a shuttle to the top, it is the perfect MTB trail. The Sugartrail starts in Ma’ale Adumim and you very quickly find yourself surrounded by never-ending desert. Soak up

What a day - what a ride! We absolutely loved this trail! Already at the start all our concentration was required: loose rocks & boulder fields were quite demanding. A ride towards the lowest point on earth (>400 below sea level), directly to the Dead Sea - super epic! Floating in the Dead Sea with a

On our last days of our Israel trip our new friends from Jerusalem, Kobi & Ofir invited us again to join them for a ride and local food afterwards. We started early bird - and it was sooo worth it! The right mix of flow and technical sections, combined with great views, and of course an amazing crew

  • Mar Saba Monastery View

    Mountain Biking Highlight

The Mar Saba Monastary hangs dramatically down the cliff edge of a deep ravine. From this side you have the perfect view to the Monastary. Also the ride is super cool, but be aware that is super exposed from time to time. If you don't feel comfortable, it's better to hike your bike.

  • S2 Trail with some nice jumps

    Mountain Biking Highlight (Segment)

Super fun trail with some nice jumps, the ascent is short - so you can do more trails in a short time.

  • Be'erot camp site

    Mountain Biking Highlight

Several covered camping zones. Ideal for groups or families. Toilets and showers well maintained and clean. Small shop with coffee and snacks. Phone charging station. The site is maintained by the parks and nature authority (RATAG) and provides useful information about trails and the surrounding.
