Just trails and pure flow — a Pioneer Trip to Ischgl

Mountain Biking Collection by Paznaun - Ischgl

Being a komoot Pioneer is an expression of your passion for your sport and sharing your adventures. Inspiring other athletes in the komoot community with your highlights, photos and tips is what the Pioneer program is all about. Your reward is the recognition of others, but that’s not all Komoot regularly organizes unforgettable "Pioneer Trips" in cooperation with different tourist areas to say "thank you" to particularly hard-working pioneers. In this Collection, you will get to know the four diligent Pioneers Beat, Daniela, Sandra and Sven, who spent a long weekend together on the panoramic and action-packed trails around Ischgl.

Exploring the varied trails of the Paznaun is a great "thank you" for the many beautiful photos and helpful tips that the four Pioneers regularly post on their komoot profiles. At the same time, this weekend trip also provided the backdrop for other great highlights. The four stunning photos we show you in this Collection were taken during their adventure. Follow in the footsteps the Pioneers with their long weekend as your source of inspiration: you can simply copy the three routes yourself. We're sure you'll have just as much fun as Beat, Daniela, Sandra and Sven.

Reaching this wonderful mountain adventure is relatively easy. Ischgl is located in Tyrol and can be quickly reached by car from Germany via the Fernpass, Kufstein or past Lake Constance. If you prefer to arrive by train, you can travel to Landeck station and take the bus from there to Ischgl. The region is already waiting for you – fully prepared for mountain bikers during summer. Here, you will find hundreds of kilometres of marked bike trails and 37 routes for all levels of riders to ensure you have an unforgettable mountain bike adventure. From the easy yet panoramic Warm-up Tour to the high alpine mountain experience – you will definitely get your money's worth. Bike shuttles, group tours, riding technique training and hotels specializing in bikers are the icing on the cake. The Silvretta Card, which you can use on all the mountain railways in the region, is even available free of charge. So grab your bike and put your camera in your backpack –- who knows, maybe you'll become the new Ischgl pioneer?
