This approximately 27-kilometer route runs mainly on paved roads and with moderate gradients, but is interrupted again and again by simple trails and small downhills. Any biker can easily master these, but with increasing speed the level of adrenalin also increases among experienced bikers. The ideal tour so for families or as a casual Feierabendrunde. The route offers - as typical for the Main Valley - a lot of variety. The starting point is the old town hall of Bürgstadt. From here you drive past old half-timbered houses with many Winzerhöfen, which invite to the wine tasting and Brotzeitmachen during the Häckerzeit. Continue up to Centgraf, a former chapel. The magnificent view of the Main Valley rewards you for this first sweaty climb.Over beautiful nature trails you drive past stone columns and millstones, the remains of former sandstone quarries and past a hang-glider ramp with a view of the Spessart. Playful and flowing, the following trail meanders into the valley. Again it goes uphill to the summit cross, Ringwall and Heunenstein, relics from bygone times. The best thing comes to the end when you drive through the picturesque vineyards that are typical of this region. In autumn, it is a special highlight when the leaves of the vines turn yellow and orange and the winegrowers busy with the read. The last piece rolls the bike back almost by itself to the starting point - if you are not prematurely distracted by one of the quaint Häckenwirtschaften.

The downhill runs are all the more action-packed: steep, narrow, riddled with bends, past or over rock formations, with small natural drops, berms and bridges, the trails meander towards the valley. There are plenty of them here: Around Miltenberg, the hardworking locals have built a great number of trails, which are connected by this tour and make the Miltenberg a very worthwhile destination for mountain bikers.Along the way you can expect some highlights - in addition to the great trails.
