Mountain Biking Collection by
Dolomiti Paganella

The Dolomiti Paganella region is a paradise for mountain bikers of all disciplines and skill levels. From beginners to professionals and cross-country fans to die-hard downhill riders — and of course, the trails in the region are also a lot of fun on e-bikes.

Hiding in the Adige Valley in Italy, you can find Dolomiti Paganella, a beautiful mountainous region with secluded lakes. With stunning landscapes and the calm Lago di Molveno, the area is a well-kept secret compared to Lake Garda. The area is every mountain biker's dream - here you will find almost unlimited possibilities of trails to explore by bike.

For riders looking for technical trails and downhill action, the Dolomiti Paganella Bike Park with its three zones, is perfect. Here, you can let off steam on downhill tracks or fun-oriented flow trails and end the day on one of the two pump tracks. Various cable cars bring you and your bike straight to the start of the trails and homey mountain huts make sure you never go hungry.

If you prefer to experience a breathtaking mountain adventure rather than action-packed trails, the Dolomiti Paganella is the right place for you. With over 250 miles (400 kilometers) of routes, the area offers something for every level of biker. Combining action and nature, the “Ultimate Enduro Experience” offers a unique adventure. On this route, you can take the lifts up to the top of the climbs and then join spectacular trails that are absolutely insane for any biker.

In the Dolomiti Paganella, there are 27 bike hotels and twelve bike chalets to make your holiday even more enjoyable and bike-friendly. The 13 charging stations at different huts ensure that even e-bikers do not run out of juice. And, if you need to hire a bike or you do not want to go on a big tour on your own, bike hire stations, bike shops, and tour guides are on hand to help out.

"Ultimate Enduro Experience" - on this tour is the name program! Breathtaking views and mega trails make for an unforgettable day trip that means fun for experienced bikers. This is also the responsibility of the six mountain railways that we have integrated into this tour: you do the biggest chunk of the 3,760 vertical meters for you and make sure that you can concentrate fully on the long runs - the longest (from the Cima Paganella to Fai della Paganella) is a whopping ten kilometers long and takes you 1,000 meters into the valley. Of course you pedal on this tour but also yourself. You earn about 1,000 meters in altitude by your own efforts, which is quite demanding. Our "Ultimate Enduro Experience" is also a challenge for experienced bikers. For the most part you cycle over suspended bike trails and the long runs require a certain level of fitness. In addition, you are usually traveling at high altitude: the Cima Paganella is at 2,125 meters the highest point of the tour. Nevertheless, this tour always keeps true enjoyment moments ready. Breathtaking views of the valley or just a cozy break in a small, Italian café - with all the bike action, the Dolce Vita is not too short. Maybe you even feel like an animal trip to the zoo of Spormaggiore, where you can observe bears, wolves, lynx and other alpine animals.Incidentally, if the whole tour is a bit too long for you, you can simply shorten it by, for example, skipping the round to Spormaggiore. So you can easily create your personal enduro experience that will give you an unforgettable day in the Dolomites.

A wonderfully long tour that demands everything and after which you arrive exhausted, but happy and satisfied back in Molveno. There you have earned a relaxing evening on the shores of Lake Molveno! With a length of almost 77 kilometers, this tour is a real challenge with some crunchy climbs on which you may even need to push your bike. After all, the lifts in the area take a lot of work from you: before you really start, you take the Pradel mountain railway up into the mountains, later you take the two paths up to the Cima Paganella. Overall, the downhill fun is outweighed and you have enough power to enjoy the beautiful scenery. In fine weather you can enjoy beautiful, unforgettable views of the Valle dei Laghi (Seental). The tour starts in Molveno, from where you drive through the Adamello Brenta Nature Park to Andalo. From Cima Paganella the tour leads down to the fabulous Lake Toblino. Via "Ude's Trail" and the "From Top to Lake" trail, we will return to the starting point.Tip:
You can shorten the tour significantly by driving it only to Lake Toblino or to Sarche. From there the bike bus (Bici Bus) line 3 goes back to Molveno in summer. Information can be found here: dolomitipaganellabike.com/trentino/en/2015-05-19-16-21-37/altri-servizi/514-dolomiten-bicibus

The "Blade Runner" is one of the newest trails in the Dolomiti Paganella bike park. Starting at the mountain station of the Pradel cable car at 1,370 meters, it winds for about two kilometers down the wooded slope to Spiaz Piof. The trail does not carry the name Flowtrail for nothing. From top to bottom it is easy to drive, but thanks to countless well-built curves and waves as well as a few tables you will have a lot of fun. Whether you roll the trail or try to take off at every opportunity, it does not matter. In the end, beginners and experienced bikers alike have fun here. From the finish, you can roll down a dirt road to the valley station of the mountain railway and let it take you up to the start again. If you would like a refreshment, we recommend you stop at the Casina Bruniol. The cozy hut serves regional specialties and you will find them right after the finish line.

Of the three "zones" of the Molveno bike park, the Molveno zone is the lightest. The two mountain railways "Molveno - Pradel" and "Pradel - Tovre" bring you up, on different, flowy trails you come down again. One of these trails is the "Big Hero", the easiest downhill trail in the park, which is also ideal for beginners and children. The "Big Hero" starts right at the mountain station of the "Pradel - Tovre" chairlift, where you can comfortably get up to 1,520 meters before the bike action begins. The trail meanders below the lift route to approximately 1.8 kilometers 130 meters in the valley. Numerous beautifully built adjacent curves provide plenty of driving pleasure. Without major obstacles you can just let it run and enjoy the beautiful descent and the great views of Lake Molveno. A downhill track with such a panorama - that's something special! The route ends directly at the valley station of the mountain railway. So if you like you can go up again. If you want to strengthen yourself in between times, the cozy hut just above the start of the trail invites you to have a snack or a tasty meal anytime.

In the Dolomiti Paganella area there are a number of beautiful cross country trails - well maintained, far from roads and well marked. These trails you can drive individually or link to long tours. For this approximately 35-kilometer-long exit, we have selected the trails 788 and 791 and put them together to form a moderate bike round, with promising mountain plateaus and idyllic lakeside a great adventure in the Dolomites.Start is in Molveno and first you cycle towards the northeast, always along the Rio Lambins, the largest tributary of Molveno lake. It goes up and down, a perfect warmup program for the next climb. After Andalo it goes steeply up to the highest point of the tour at about 1,460 meters altitude. From up here you have a really great view of Lake Molveno and thus already the goal of the incredibly long and beautiful descent in mind, which now follows. At the lake you have earned a little break. Find a nice spot in one of the lakeside cafes and rest for a moment. Now you are driving on the beautiful trail that follows the western shore of Lake Molveno. At the southern tip of the lake begins the short detour to a particularly idyllic place: the "oasis" Laghetto di Nembia, an idyllic lake in the middle of a nature reserve. The picturesque wooden pier on the lake shore invites you to take another break. Then the way back begins. Always along the Lake Molveno you drive now without significant gradients back to the starting point of the tour.

There is hardly a more satisfying feeling than having mastered a mighty mountain on your own by bike. Full of pride over what you have achieved, you will always be rewarded richly: Once you arrive at your destination, you will have a fantastic view. Pure enjoyment - that's what this tour is all about!"To the Top" - the name is program. You start in Andalo and drive up to the Cima Paganella. No more and no less. In between, there are about 1,000 meters of altitude difference, most of them over a well-navigable forest track. The slope is moderate to sometimes a bit steeper, a certain stamina is quite useful for this short but demanding tour. But even if your legs get heavy, that's no problem: just rest for a moment and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. You deserve it! Just like the long descent back to Andalo.

Spectacular views of the Dolomites, the Valle dei Laghi, Lake Molveno and even Lake Garda in good weather - this tour offers the full package of mountain adventures with minimal effort. Because the biggest part of the altitude is done right at the beginning of this tour by the mountain railway of Andalo. It takes you up to about 1,800 meters altitude for the actual start of the tour. From now on, it tends to be downhill, even if there are always small climbs to deal with. You can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over mostly easy-to-drive paths. Especially the views of Molvano and Lake Toblino are simply intoxicating. At the end of the tour, it gets a bit more technical: You drive down to the shores of Lake Toblino on a beautiful trail. Here a picturesque wooden bridge leads you directly along the water to the destination of the tour to Sarche. There you can treat yourself to an ice cream or a coffee (or just both) and let you relax from the bike bus back to Andalo.

In the "Andalo Zone" of the Dolomiti Paganella Bike Park you can expect some really cool flowtrails, all of which are still fairly new. The "Andalo Doss Pel" cable car takes you up the mountain, from there the trail fun begins!Directly at the mountain station you can get into the "Hustle & Flow". With high speed, this trail meanders over the forest and meadow slopes down to the middle station of the mountain railway, where you have the choice: You can go up again or continue your journey, for example on the "Willy Wonka" Trail.

"Willy Wonka" is one of the newest trails in the Dolomiti Paganella bike park. In the Andalo Zone it is, so to speak, the continuation of the "Hustle & Flow" Trail. It starts at the middle station of the Andalo Doss Pel cable car. Highlights of the trail are the North Shore screw and many beautiful jumps, where technically experienced bikers can take off again and again.Of course you can drive "Willy Wonka" individually. But if you take the mountain railway up to the mountain station, you will first have to take the "Hustle & Flow" trail and then head straight for "Willy Wonka".
