The 450-kilometre cycle tour takes you through the Allgäu and beyond. The varied tour takes you through Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Tyrol. The quality route, which has been awarded four stars by the ADFC, is pleasant to ride, even though it has many gradients. Thanks to the good infrastructure along the route, the tour is suitable for everyone, whether hobby cyclist or ambitious touring cyclist. With numerous bed & bike accommodations, places to stop for refreshments and train stations, you can individually adapt the bike tour to your needs: halve the stages, take more breaks or take a short train ride. You also have the opportunity to ride the Allgäu Cycle Route and the Iller Cycle Route in different variations of the Allgäu Cycle Route.

In this collection we show you how to cycle the Allgäu Cycle Route in seven stages from Bad Wörishofen. As it is a round trip, you can also start at any other point on the cycle path. The starting point in Bad Wörishofen is easily reached by regional train from Augsburg. From the Kneipp health resort Bad Wörishofen you cycle counterclockwise in several loops to the most beautiful corners of the Allgäu, which take you through places like Ottobeuren, Wangen im Allgäu, Immenstadt and Füssen. In addition to the pretty towns, the beautiful countryside, closeness to nature and delicious regional cuisine await you along the way.
