Mountain Biking Collection by Trans Bayerwald

As demanding as a trans-Alp and at least as eventful, the Trans Bayerwald mountain bike adventure takes you from Furth im Wald to Passau and back over two 7-day stages. Covering over 350 kilometers (220 miles), you'll conquer some of the most beautiful areas of 'Little Canada', as the Bavarian Forest it affectionately known, and you'll hit up some of the top mtb spots in the region. On the way, you'll visit awesome parks such as the MTB Zone Bikepark Geißkopf and the MTB Paradise Sankt Englmar, as well as the Bavarian Forest National Park and the spectacular mountain bike trails around the Hohenbogen.

To get started, order your free starter pack from Trans Bayerwald. In it, you'll find all of the info you need about the course, a booklet containing the various stages and a special travel diary. To get your name on the finisher list, all you have to do is have your host or local tourist information kiosk stamp the back page of your travel diary. Then, simply send a photo of your packed-out page to info@trans-bayerwald.de and get featured on the finisher list—an accolade that's hard-earned. Get your name in the list and you will also be automatically entered into a raffle to win a weekend stay in the Bavarian Forest.

So, what are you waiting for? Let's go to the Bavarian Forest!
