On the eastern edge of the Rostock Heath lies Meyers Hausstelle, a certified organic farm with a pretty farm shop, forest café, beer garden and small farm. Here cackle chickens, ducks and geese bred dwarf bus, goats and sheep are kept. You only get high-quality food and plenty of spouts - the secret ingredients for a good quality and a wonderful taste experience.
In the in-house farm shop are therefore sausage products, eggs and honey and Christmas poultry. There are also homemade jams and jellies made from ripe fruit. In addition to its own products, the farm shop team also offers goods from selected dealers in the region, including sweets, spirits and wines.
Tip: For those who already have mouth water, visit the Waldcafé and restaurant with beer garden. There are both hearty dishes with game or poultry, as well as sweet, homemade cakes and pies.

In the goat cheese dairy, 23 different types of raw milk cheese are made from 100% goat's milk. In the farm shop you can also stock up on goat's milk and goat's yoghurt. Even the Wiesencafé is bio-controlled, the menu is made up of the farm's own produce and local produce. From goat milk to goat cheese, all dairy products come from the farm.
The herd of dairy herds consists of 113 dairy goats, of which 104 are milked, as well as 2 breeding goats. The animals can move freely throughout the year. Except for the breeding lambs, all kids stay with their mothers or aunts.

Located in the old village of Wandlitz, about 30 km north of Berlin, is the organic farm Gerstel. For many years, Holger and Katrin Gerstel have been doing without any synthetic spraying and fertilizers as well as genetically manipulated seeds and seedlings and thus earned the organic quality seal. They cultivate 50 hectares of arable land, 7 hectares of grassland and 7 hectares of forest, the main crop being agriculture.
The range in the farm shop leaves nothing to be desired and includes a variety of vegetables (salad, kohlrabi, beetroot, potatoes, carrots, pumpkins, etc.), a large selection of herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, sage, etc.), homemade fruit spreads and syrups, honey and eggs from the farm's own laying hens. There are also pasta, oils, organic wines, soaps, decorative items, ceramics and self-sewn.

For a long time, this farm has been handed down from generation to generation and now it has been the farmer's turn Klaus and realized his dream.

To the east of Leipzig, in Wurzen, the Döbelt brothers have built up a 100% organic farm with delivery service and court café. For the two of them it was clear that they wanted to produce healthy food whose origin is comprehensible. With great enthusiasm and commitment, they have therefore committed themselves to the production of high-quality fresh produce. The milk is obtained exclusively from cows of the estate. This results in super tasty products, i.a. traditionally made fresh milk, cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cheese. Other organic products, such as meat, eggs from free-range chickens, fruits and vegetables, etc., there are of course also to buy.
The farm shop also offers a large assortment of bread specialties and baked goods from our own production. If you want, you can try some of the delicious home-made cream cakes, tarts, butter biscuits and quark cake directly on site on the sun terrace.

At the gates of the Hanseatic city of Bremen, Martin Clausen and Susanne Niemeck have set up their organic farm - the Gärtnerhof Sandhausen. In the greenhouses of the demeter farm, depending on the season, various types of vegetables are cultivated, including lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and aubergines. In the farm shop, these products are harvested fresh depending on the season. The offer will be increased with products from organic wholesalers. In addition to fruit and many types of bread and cheese, there are around 1,000 different foods - all of them in the best organic quality.
Meat and sausage fans also get their money's worth on the farm. Every week there is fresh produce - either from our own farm, home to a Limousin herd of dairy herds, or from friendly organic butcheries.
Tip: If you have a local fruit tree in the garden, you can bring apples, pears and Co. in the fall and let it squeeze its own juice in the farm cider mill.

The estate Pesterwitz is idyllically situated on a mountain range between Elbe Valley and Ore Mountains southwest of Dresden. Fruit and wine thrive here on approximately 58 hectares, including an incredible 27 different varieties of apples and sweet cherries. In the farm shop, therefore, everyone finds his favorite delicacy. The sweet fruits are also available as fruit juice and nectar and can be bought in homemade spreads. Pesterwitzer delicacies, such as champagne, white, red or rosé wine, are also available in the farm shop. In addition, you will find on the shelves all sorts of other things, e.g. fresh milk and mill products, eggs, herbal teas and organic oils.
Tip: In the season you can pick your favorite fruits yourself. Then the fruit tastes so good again.

At the Getrudenhof, not far from Cologne, Peter Zens shows country life in all its beauty. On more than 130 hectares, he cultivates a colorful variety of potatoes, vegetables, fruits and flowers in his fields and sells them directly on site. As a special highlight you will find crooked cucumbers, small apples or potatoes in unusual shapes in the farmer's market. Because for the Gertrudenhof team, these foods are just as much on the plate as the "perfect" shaped specimens. The farm's own range is supplemented by products from partner farms in the region and selected organic goods. There is also daily freshly baked bread.
If you want to taste the delicacies right on the spot, you should make your way to the feasting place of the farm: the only popular dishes are the fresh vegetables from the farm. The Quellenhof in the old center of Steinbach is worth a visit. What began as a "bio-experiment" is today a well-established demeter farm with more than 17 hectares of land on which cereals, potatoes, vegetables and fruit are grown. In the pretty farm shop, the Heinrich family, in addition to their own harvest-fresh products (including potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, asparagus, apples) offers a range of more than 2,000 certified and strictly controlled organic treats.

Adjacent to the nature reserve Schwarzhölzl lies the demeter garden nursery Obergrashof in the north of the city of Munich. On more than 140 hectares of open land and 1,500 square meters of cultivation under foil organic vegetables are produced at its finest, which comes directly from the field in the cozy farm shop. Throughout the year, you can try over 50 different types of vegetables from our own production with over 150 different varieties.
