Beautiful, beautiful, incomparable. The tour is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Alta Badia. After the moderate ascent to the Holy Cross Church, a technically demanding but promising single trail leads to San Cassiano, from where you drive back on side roads to the Hotel Pider pider.info in Wengen.

Unmatched beautiful landscape, partly easy to drive military roads, partly coarse gravel, magical stop-off stations - the Fanes Naturpark Runde is a tour of superlatives for high-condition bikers. The Fanes Naturpark Runde leads from St.Vigil over the narrow toll road 13 kilometers gently uphill to the Pederü hut in Fanes Nature Park. Then it gets to the point - a partly steep and quite rough gravel road leads to the cozy Faneshütte. After a short stop, the gravel road continues over the Limojoch and the Limo Lake to the large Fanesalm. Then it is no less grossschottrig downhill towards Cortina d'Ampezzo. Shortly before the Fiames car park, the first paved and later steep gravel road ascends to Malga Ra Stua and on to the Senna hut, which lies in the midst of magnificent Dolomite rocks.Happy about the accomplished ascent and the filled stomach it goes towards Pederü. About gravel and concrete, past the Vodara-Vedla huts, it goes with a slope of 21% and numerous serpentines on a military road from the First World War to Pederühütte. Then a treat follows at the end - the good mobile forest trail back to St.Vigil in the Sport Hotel exclusive. More information about the hotel can be found here sporthotel-exclusive.com

Expert mountain bike ride. Good fitness required. Advanced riding skills necessary. Some portions of the Tour may require you to carry your bike.

The tour starts comfortably from Serfaus to Fiss, where a first short climb leads to the valley station of the Schönjochbahn. Comfortably we let ourselves be transported uphill and arrive thus to the start of an absolutely ingenious departure. The Frommestrail is certainly one of the great highlights of the Alps - it is one of those challenges that must have made as a true mountain biker once. From the Fisser yoke we go uphill again to the Schönjöchl, before the fun begins on the Matekopf. In total, there are more than 1,200 meters of depth, which guarantee the finest in trail enjoyment and delight in varying levels of difficulty, both experts and less experienced bikers. From the lowest point in Ladis then wait again 300 altitude increase on the way back to the Lifehotel for active connoisseurs in Serfaus. bikeserfaus.com

Starting directly next to the West summit mountain station, the natural panorama flowig flowig leads down a long grassy ridge towards the Hacklbergeralm and offers above all speed passages, some riparians, smaller jumps and numerous waves that invariably invite to airtime. Thanks to the shallow gradient, it offers driving pleasure for beginners as well as for professionals. Then on the forest road back to Hinterglemm to the sports and wellness hotel Hasenauer. Also on this tour you can shorten two violent climbs with lifts. One goes from Bolzano directly to the Kohler, which saves you about 650 meters of altitude. The other carries you from Welschnofen over 700 vertical meters uphill. This extremely varied tour starts right in Eggen at the Hotel Marica (hotelmarica.it) slowly upwards and down into the forest. At first on beautiful forest roads, it is soon trailig and we get a taste of what will come later. We take the short stretch of road (but always stay on the sidewalk) to Welschnofen and up to the new gondola lift. This brings us then relaxed at 1800 m altitude directly under the rose garden. A short asphalt passage to the Niger Pass and then it starts - but this time right! An endless trail, quite challenging, especially when wet, be careful, bring it to St. Cyprian - fun guaranteed!
But there is still no end - always on narrow trails, through the narrow valley. Part very narrow, with hairpins and tricky passages, the professional gets his money. From the hamlet Breien is then finally time with trails. An interesting road leads through the lower Tiersertal to Blumau. But take off your jackets, other temperatures prevail here.
Comfortable or fast - depending on your mood, you can now cycle to the perfect bike path to Bolzano, more precisely to the valley station of the cable car to Kohlern. Incidentally, the first passenger cable car in the world. Meanwhile, of course, renewed, it presents itself up to date and brings us effortlessly on Quote 1100 m. A visit to the wooden lookout tower is especially worthwhile in good visibility. It's getting harder now. About some challenging climbs, it goes through the Wolf Valley up to the "dead moss" at an altitude of 1500 m. From here we roll on "comfortably". Insiders also know some fun trails in between and then return for a well-earned lunch break at the Wölflhof.
About forest and meadow paths, past the sports zone (or even through the village) of Deutschnofen, briefly back up to the Bielhof, we have then managed the majority of the altitude. On great forest roads across forest and meadows we come to the location Rauth. The last 100 meters of altitude on the asphalt road, we also manage and shortly afterwards we are back in the Marica in harrows.
With a large wheat beer (or perhaps two?) On the magnificent sun terrace we review the impressions of this great round and already dream of the next trail tour in the Dolomites.

Directly from our hotel in the direction of Bruneck on bike path to "the High Cross". Turn left onto dirt road to Aufhofen. Continue to Dietenheim / Außerkröll. Cross road to Amaten and on trail to Percha. Through housing estate to the church. From here paved dirt road to Unterwielenbach. Keep left and continue on gravel road along the stream uphill (toboggan run) to the first junction after about 1km. Turn right until Wielenberg (Kräuterhof). Turn left and forestry first steep through forest, then on open meadow to Oberwielenbach (pyramid cafe) continue until the first parking Erdpyramiden. Right on paved road on until Erdpyramiden. On the way back the Pyramidenweg (very trailiger trail and often many hikers !!!) or asphalt road back to the first parking lot. Turn right (hiking signs no. 1) steep piece of asphalt - then dirt road to Lercher Alm (Refreshments) and continue until just before Haidacher Alm. Turn left on gravel road to Moaralm No. 7a. This is where the sliding carrying passage begins. Narrow hiking trail to chicken game (2136m). Beautiful, trailige departure. Then cross the gravel forest road a few times to Tesselberg-Gais. At Grubenplatz turn right on trail no. 3 in the direction of Tesselberg. Ends at asphalt road, cross this. Keep to the right in the forest (partly not marked). The path is slightly damaged by forest work! Trail meets forest road to Tesselberg. Take a left turn, then follow the hidden sign "Gais / Stocker" on the right side into the forest. Technically demanding passages. Attention! And again and again newly built gravel roads. From Stocker Hof either asphalt road towards Gais or numerous forest cuts that repeatedly cross the Hofzufahrtsstraße.
At the intersection Mitterberg-Überparleiter turn right up to the wooden bridge, then turn left at the chapel in Waldweg Gais / Uttenheim. After the root passage drive about 150m left in unmarked path in the "fairytale forest". The fairytale forest (in the vernacular Fuchs Lahne) is full of wild trails and ends at the football field and the lake!

On this tour, two lifts can be used as lifts, one from Bergkastell and one from Glurn. This can save you several meters of laborious Bergaufstampelns! From the Hotel Central in Nauders, we first drive slightly uphill along the cycle path to the south, until we get into the gondola at the Bergkastelbahn and allow ourselves to be transported 600 meters uphill. On the high plateau Plamort you cross the border to Italy or South Tyrol, past the tank barriers from the Second World War and on to the famous Fotofelsen, which offers a breathtaking panorama from Reschensee to König Ortler. At the Bunker Trail and Etsch Trail, we will experience a lot of driving pleasure and end up at the end directly on the Reschensee, on the banks of which we comfortably reach the next ascent assistance, the Schönebenbahn.
Action is also here on the Upper Schöneben Trail on, before we take the 200 -meter-long rise for lunch break at the Reschen Alm in attack. Once again we have Austrian soil under the wheels, it goes again on cool trails, past the Grünsee, the natural jewel Schwarzsee - a jump into the cool water is absolutely recommended!
After we could save forces with the help of the mountain railways, it is no problem to climb to the summit at the Kleinmutzkopf. Here you will find a variety of perfectly laid out paths in different difficulty levels. In this case, we decide on the rewarding combination of the Green Trail and the Elven Trail and, after a day full of bike action and driving pleasure, with a big smile on our faces, we reach the Hotel Central in Nauders hotel-central.at

The "Kaiserjäger Single Trails Tour" leads first from Levico Terme flat to the south, before you reach the rise on the Kaiserjäger road. The historic route was created in 1911 as a war road and served the transport of material for the construction of fortifications. Along the wayside, these buildings are still reminiscent of the terrible past of this region. After 10 kilometers and just under 1000 meters, the highest point of the tour is reached. Here you will find yourself on the Lavarone plateau, riding on a part of the "cento chilometri dei forti" - a 100 km path that leads on gravel roads and trails over the high plateau. After a short ascent, the spectacular trail starts down to Valsugana. At first tricky, later liquid, but always narrow and exposed, the path requires the highest concentration and a solid driving technique. The fantastic views of the mountains of the southern Dolomites, as well as the two lakes Lago di Caldonazzo and Lago di Levico make this varied descent an unforgettable experience. At the end, Caldonazzo will take you back to the Sport & Wellness Hotel Cristallo on Levico Lake - hotelcristallotrentino.it

You start the tour towards Reutte. After leaving the car park, you come to the Reuttener Straße and turn left immediately after the Hotel Bergland on the Alte Straße. At the end of Alten Straße you cross the main road and drive above it in the direction of Gries. At the Hotel Grieserhof the road is crossed again and follow the signs to Lähn. After a short distance on the bike path, you will see a parking space on the right hand side. Drive through it and drive onto the B179 until you reach the gravel forest road (Panoramaweg) on the right-hand side under the railway underpass. From here, cycle steadily uphill until you reach the Tuftl Alm at 1496 m. The onward journey is still relatively flat and leads along the ridge along Kohlstatt. A little later, it is then steeply and subsequently paved until you meet after the long descent on the main road at the Ehrwalder viaduct. Take a short right and continue under the viaduct right again over the bike and hiking trails through the moss to the starting point to Lermoos, where the Sporthotel Loisach is waiting again for tired bikers unser-loisach.at.

The Sun Trail is the new flow trail in the Kitzbühel Alps! Through a beautiful, south-facing spruce forest, the built trail snakes over 400 meters and 2.5 kilometers into the valley. In the first part we expect a beautiful, springy forest floor and many round curves. The last part of the trail leads along a stream bed along which we find some jumps on gravelly ground. Do not worry, you can roll over all the jumps! The faster you drive the trail, the more challenging it becomes, and so the line is a challenge even for strong technicians and pure singletrack enjoyment. The difficulty of the Sun Trail is located in the upper S1 area, on the 10-stage MTDS it is categorized with 4. Click here for the MTDS - Mountainbike Trail Difficulty Scale bikeacademy.at/mtds-singletrail-skala.htmlOn our tour we cycle to start comfortably on the bike path to Bressanone, where we can decide whether we want to climb the mountain with the gondola Hochbrixen, with pedal power or e-power. From Hochbrixen we first step up 30 meters before a challenging hairpin trail brings us back down the valley. The difficulty here is according to MTDS at 6B. Tight turns make the trail particularly exciting. Who wants to skip this trail, simply rolls on the asphalt road to the inn Nieding. From there we expect 200 vertical meters uphill to the entrance of the Sun Trail. After the Sun Trail we cruise back to the bike path back to the Sportalm.

With it: jagged mountains of the Mieminger chain with embedded mountain lakes, the castle Fernstein as well as breathtaking views and before it then goes over the single trail "Barbarasteig" from the Marienberg into the valley, one can still enjoy the fantastic view over the Inntal.
