The embedding between water, forest and rock makes this campsite not only very idyllic but also attractive for nature sports enthusiasts and families. Hiking, climbing and canoeing are possible in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. The fabulous rock village Tüchersfeld is only 500 meters away and on the nearby Pottenstein rushes the Frankenbob, a summer toboggan run, down the mountain. For friends of reggae music, the Reggae Camp, a small and family-friendly reggae festival, will take place from August 25th to 27th. Breakfast and barbecue facilities are available at the campsite.

Here you can pitch your tent directly on the Elbe and even as a canoeist directly on the campground on and off. The natural tent is located directly on the Elbe between Königstein and Rathen amidst woods and meadows at the fairytale beautiful National Park Saxon Switzerland.

The location of the small forest campground is a dream: in the Jasmund National Park on Rügen. The National Park is home to the UNESCO World Heritage "Old Beech Forests of Germany", which can be reached in a short time by foot or by bike. The Waldcampingplatz is located about 3 km from the Königsstuhl, Rügen's most famous feature, and is surrounded by magnificent beech trees, some of them over one hundred years old. The canoe rental and camping is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District in the immediate vicinity of the Müritz National Park. The Müritz is the largest inland waterways in Germany and the Müritz National Park is one of the largest national parks in Germany. This makes the location of the canoe station on Lake Mirow a perfect base for nature lovers, nature sports enthusiasts and of course canoeists. What really makes the campsite special is the bus camp: two double-decker buses and a regular bus, which have been converted into a hotel.
