No time for traversing the alps? This tour provides you with some of the best highlights the swiss alps have to offer. In three days only, you cross through two countries, several regions, the most impressive gorge in the alps and some of the most beautiful high valleys you can imagine – all that topped with a lot of trail fun!
You're starting in Switzerland, in the region of Unterengadin. You make your way into the majestic Uina gorge. The trail to the Sesvenna hut afterwards is perfect and creates a whole lot of endorphins. After a fast downhill into the Vinschgau you bike a couple of kilometers further to Münstertal for your first night. The second days’ highlight is for sure the high valley Val Mora, with an epic single trail that leads you through it. In the former “smuggler-paradise” Livigno, today a duty free region, you will spend your second night. Day three will be tough and awesome – but your effort for climbing Passo Chaschauna will be rewarded with majestic views all around. And if you have the technical skills, the downhill afterward will rapture your heart. Along the Inn Valley path you get back to the picturesque starting point in the Engadin.
By the way. The route is similar to the “Swiss National Park Bike Marathon” - only do they do it in one day. Luckily you have more time to enjoy the ride and the fantastic nature along the trails.
