Small 🚵 ♂️ tour through the Rohrwang via Treppach back to Hammerstadt. No run today due to time constraints.

Short 🚵‍♂️ round to the triumphal city. Tomorrow there is a bigger hiking tour.

It's unbelievable the paths (cycle paths) on which a car currently meets a car around Essingen. Today a Porsche driver drove towards me on a cycling and hiking trail 🙈. Incidentally, it is currently becoming increasingly difficult to find dandelions for the rabbits. The drought says hello, even if the dandelion is a taproot.

Another little chillout round in the evening around the Schradenberg 🚵‍♂️

Nice tour to the Hohe Wiere via Prinzeck and Essingen back with a komoot misfire.

Small 🚵‍♂️round to the Sandbergkapelle via Forst and Sofienhof back without any tile affinity.

Nice tour back to Lautern via Hohenroden. It would be too much "tar" to walk.

Cycling is a good balance to running, and the radius of action is therefore larger, just not today.

Since there was no time for a longer run today, a lap was just cycled. Around Heisenberg is a beautiful area for trips.

The Aalbäumle is also nice to visit by MTB (biobike). The roads are bone dry. The plants are dying for the rain that was forecast at the beginning of the week.

With this MTB (Bio!) (B 16) it's not bad to ride. Nice tour to the Wollenloch over the black stove to Aalen. I'll run the route sometime...😉

The Welland always offers nice paths for cyclists, up & down, only moderate inclines, but a constant up and down.

Today there was a small tour with tires around the Kolbenberg.

Unfortunately, there was also a komoot dropout on this tour. With the bike, mobility is preferred at these temperatures. The wind is significantly higher here than the running wind 😉...
