You don't always have to climb mountains or travel far for unique adventures. Many big cities have amazing places that are worth visiting on a long walk or a short ramble. The aim of this Collection is to showcase interesting places in and around West German cities in a simple and accessible way.
We want to bring you closer to both well-known and lesser-known places in and around Frankfurt, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. These nine short Tours take you to the hidden corners of these regions, all reachable on foot from a train station or with public transport. We'd especially like to recommend the Tour at the Jacobiweiher pond in Frankfurt, the walk in the Grafenberger Wald forest near Düsseldorf, and the beer garden at the old swimming pool in Cologne. These walks take you out of the city centres and reveal a different side of these cities.
Whether you’d prefer to wander around the hip Belgian quarter, walk along the Rhine or Main, or escape the city altogether and head for the woods, our backpacks and bags are the perfect travel companions for your urban hikes. Our products are durable, stylish and made from recycled Ocean Impact Plastic.
Our foundation, GOT BAG Indonesia, runs its own clean-up programme in Java, Indonesia, where locals help collect plastic waste. The PET content is recycled into pellets, which are then used in the production of our backpacks and bags. We're also looking into solutions to recycle other types of plastic as well.
Help to protect our beautiful environment by packing everything you need in your GOT BAG for your hikes and everyday life. Together, we can fight plastic pollution in our oceans.
