Whether a glistening river flowing through a deeply carved valley or a majestic lake – water is incredible. You'll find water in many forms in Baden-Württemberg and you can discover all of them by bike.
In this Collection, we present six excellent long-distance cycle routes, all of which take you along the water. On the Lake Constance Cycle Path, you circumnavigate the ‘Swabian Sea’, riding through three countries. The Neckar Valley Cycle Route, the Danube Cycle Route, the Kocher-Jagst Cycle Route and the Lovely Tauber Valley Cycle Route lead through varied landscapes. They mostly venture gently downhill so you can switch off and relax with water by your side. The Danube-Lake Constance Cycle Path, on the other hand, connects two of Baden-Württemberg's largest bodies of water and lets you experience diverse Upper Swabia along the way.
From the steep slopes of the Neckar to the ‘Swabian Grand Canyon’ in the Danube Valley and the shores of Lake Constance: Baden-Württemberg has cycle Tours that help you find your balance by water.
