Von früh am Morgen, bis spät am Abend.
Zu zweit bis ans Limit seiner Mentalen & Körperlichen Kräfte.
Eine Route durch das wunderschöne Münsterland.
Von Selm, über Haltern am See, in Richtung Dülmen, über Lüdinghausen, Nordkirchen und wieder zurück.

Puhh that was it, the 100Km Tour, mega march #we go on.

But no matter how long the kilometers were, it's all over just as quickly. But it was once again an absolutely awesome experience to push your body to its mental and physical limits. Because the last 10km in particular was a struggle with myself…
