The wide snowfields in the foothills of the Fribourg Alps remain completely untouched. On one side, glittering icicles hang from pine branches, on the other side, impressive mountains rise up to the sky. With your snowshoes, you make your first prints in the snow and set off on new adventures in this breathtaking landscape.

In this Collection, we take you on selected snowshoe routes in the Fribourg Alps. The circular routes and cross-country hikes take you to the peaks of the region, to cosy huts and special vantage points from which you can enjoy impressive views of Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva or the mighty Kaiseregg.

The focus is on leisurely hikes that you can complete with the whole family. On the Vuipeys route, you can also hire a toboggan for the descent and whizz down into the valley. Simply choose the snowshoe hike that suits you best and plunge into the winter adventure.
