Unterwegs im Schwarzwald 2022

A nice tour to the Zavelstein ruins. Because of time, there was a delicious Wusala for lunch at Wandheim. On the way back I finally visited St. Candidus Church in Kentheim.

From Calw it got wet, very wet...

That's why the route was shortened and the fastest way back @home, without pictures (there have become far too many).

Great tour together with @Stephanie and @Maverick:

Start in Oberlengenhardt and then to heaven happiness. Continue to the Büchenbronner observation tower and then through the Nagoldtal to the Hohe Warte.

After that, of course, back to Oberlengenhardt, where the well-deserved EKS in the Fuchsbau.

Small circular tour through the Nagoldtal and two of its side valleys: Reichenbachtal and Monbachtal.

The Viertelesweg is currently (08/2022) completely closed by FortBW due to tree felling work from BaLi to Herdgasse.

After a dull day in the office, on the eMTB again and off to the Büchelberg.

Was all alone there - that was balm for the soul.

Tour through the Hagenschiess to the wildlife park. Dodged around the lost place "Radrennbahn" (thanks @Uxama for "discovering" this highlight).

Back via Würm and the Hohe Warte.

In the wildlife park we saw renewed evidence that there are still mooses in the Black Forest.

A late spontaneous jaunt with @Michael Huetter , short EKS at Mönchwasen.

At the end of a quiet weekend, an evening tour to Hohenwart.

The week is getting exhausting enough again... 🥵

Headed for the Nagoldtal in a detour today: tested a few new trails.

My new favorite is the old keep-fit path between BaLi and the Monbach valley: beautifully situated on a slope and easy to drive. Not (yet) marked in komoot, this is a little secret tip. (Thanks to @sport_biken!)

At the end of the week, a small tour around Neuhausen, over the Büchelberg. Met Nala on his "Evening Hour Evening Round" there on the North Rim Trail @Michael Huetter.

Then the end of the day in the St. Wendelins Chapel, which heralds the beginning of the weekend.

At the end of the hot weekend, a short SunDowner tour to the Büchelberg.

Just come down on that bench there and re-prioritise for the coming week.

Spontaneous tour 🚵‍♂️ to the WuSaLa in the Rapunzel in Tiefenbronn. Met my wife and daughter there and enjoyed the evening. 🤗

Walked or rode in the footsteps of my childhood in Würm today. That's why we took the streets through the town instead of around it.

I spontaneously added the detour to the LoWiHo.

Explored some new trails for me with @Michael Huetter.

Beautiful Saturday midday tour through the Nagold Valley.

The Fuchsklingen Trail will be added to my favorite trail list.

After work tour to the new sunbeds near Hohenwart. There are also two of them at the Hohe Warte. Are really very comfortable.



On the way back I took one of my favorite trails with me: the Grenzweg at the Wolfsgrube.
