Seit dem ich auf Komoot über den E9, Ostseeküstenwanderweg, gestolpert bin, hat mich die Idee nicht wieder los gelassen. Ich wollte ihn schon letztes Jahr gehen, hatte aber zu kurzfristig mit der Planung angefangen und im Herbst sind schon viele Hotels geschlossen. Bis Wolgast sind es zehn Etappen und ich kann nicht bei allen sagen, ob ich sie, wie ich nicht anders planen konnte, auch schaffe, z.B. Stralsund > Greifswald 49km, mit vollem Gepäck, Abkürzung nicht ausgeschlossen. In Wolgast habe ich zwei Übernachtungen gebucht und werde das letzte Stück möglicherweise nicht ganz bis zum Schluss durchziehen. Schau ma mal.

Actually, the E9 here is a well-developed bike path, everything is paved and gravel, enough kiosks and dixiklos. Expansive landscape and deciduous forest, but hardly any views of the sea. So walk on the beach if possible and it's worth the trip.

As expected, not a particularly nice stage. Long on industrial and commercial streets from Stralsund, approx. 20km beautiful sections overland and through a nature reserve on an overgrown coast, the last 13km next to the federal highway 105.

Last big stage overland. Lots of mixed forest today. Usually not a particularly high density of experiences, but I liked the paths and landscape.

Once again on bike paths, forest paths, overland and on the beach, past endless rows of colorful kiosks and restaurants and the soul widened by the sea. The last kilometers on the big promenade between Bansin and Ahlbeck.
Farewell to the E9 and the Baltic Sea.
