Welland Ostalb

With ideal running conditions, T=292K and little wind (approx. 2-3 Beaufort), the route went from Aalen via Essingen to Mögglingen via the Zollhof. At the Sixenhof, the path to the Kolbenberg led back to Mädle via Rauental. It was shit 👍

Relaxation run after the trip from Lake Starnberg to the Ostalb.

Very spontaneous run to Fachsenfeld via Waiblingen in the Kochertal and Seitsberg back again with beautiful views of the Albtrauf in the direction of Braunenberg and Langert.

Nice little round back to Dauerwang via Pompelhof. The traffic routing in Essingen has recently changed. From the recycling depot, the road leads eastwards in the direction of the Bauhaus as a one-way street. After several hours of gardening, the short run was a real relaxation for the muscles.

A classic in the Welland around Dewangen with good running conditions. From the courtyard, the Limes hiking trail leads back to Oberrombach.

A short tour around the Schradenberg after a trip to Augsburg to the Fraunhofer IGCV.

Beautiful run through Welland to the Kolbenberg and finally to the Sandbergkapelle with pleasant running conditions.

Also a classic near Aalen and Essingen. Up to Schnaitberg via Pompelhof back to Unterrombach.

A run past the Schradenberg to Essingen via Forst to Hohholz (547m above sea level) on the Sandberg to the chapel, back via Mädle. The Ostalb is simply wonderful! As is well known, the B29 is always "tight" due to the permanent construction site. Even as a runner you are sometimes faster than the tin boxes.

Run to the Schnaitberg through the Salach past the Kolbenberg to Rauental, Oberrombach to Unterrombach in pleasant running conditions without rain and thunderstorms.

A 10 in Welland around Hahnenberg, Hammerstadt and Rohrwang with two off-grid sections.

A Ründle around Seitsberg to Hüttlingen and back via Himmlingsweiler.

Today's tour led to the Schnaitberg and via the Weinschenkerhof off-grid to the Kolbenberg. The Sandberg was also climbed off-grid from the west and the running loop ended over the Spitalwald. There were three off-grid sections in total.

Sunny and windy run to Essingen via Dauerwang Mantelhof back to Aalen.

In Essingen all hell broke loose on the sports grounds today: wfv cup game TSV Essingen vs. SSV Ulm, ultimately Ulm was successful.

Another small evening jog to the Sandberg to the chapel, so that the "bones" are loosened from the afternoon soccer game.
