Besondere Bike-Touren

It is very interesting to drive a tour that you have neither planned yourself nor looked at in detail. Nice to see how much passion and imagination the makers of the straw figures put into their projects. Chapeau!

A real experience, the quality of the asphalt sections is unparalleled, as are the single trails in the Treene Valley. Barely muddy except for a few puddles after yesterday's rain. Partly quite demanding but very cool!

This time a bigger challenge due to the weather. It was a bit better than predicted, but you had to accept a smaller and a heavy shower (after about halfway). In this case the name was more program than last year. Special thanks also to Hannes, Lasse and the Plattfuss team for hosting and organizing this event.

In the morning at 5 the world is still fine...today 18.5°C, no wind, fresh air, deserted streets, just awesome...and then...fresh rolls and a cup of coffee or two!

Just drove off without any route planning, sometimes a nice change.

The best weather conditions to tackle the tour, which is quite demanding in terms of the route profile. Almost 2/3 single trail share. The paths are mostly wide and passable. It was a lot of fun, because there was always something for the eye!

Sunshine with a cool wind but very nice, especially the part at the Olympic rowing stadium from 1972. The road at the stadium smooth as a baby poschi, a pleasure to drive there 😎

Unfortunately, the good weather forecast didn't come true, some light rain and lots of clouds but no cooling off, because the climbs were sometimes challenging, at the end of the tour the sun came out!

The Dosenmoor, east of Lake Einfelder See, is always worth a trip, be it by bike or just for hiking. It was particularly beautiful on this late summer day. Highly recommended in the warm weather, as 80% of the tour leads through wooded area, partly on river and lake banks. So there is plenty of shade. The beaches in Danish Wohld are always worth a trip, in these special times you are almost always alone, the "exertion" in the sand was really worth it today.

With almost no wind, a round to enjoy. Smelling the scent of the fields in the warm evening air has something. This was only topped by the picturesque sunset.

A nice tour to enjoy, only flat land with no great climbs and descents. Attractive mix of asphalt, gravel and slab paths. There are also great spots for a rest. Many possibilities to change the tour course spontaneously. There are many paths that can be explored.

A very demanding tour, since the route consists of more than 60% of very uneven forest and rough gravel paths, which are largely wide enough, but also narrow in part and are crossed by elevated tree roots.
