Nice run to Kos City with some photo stops and old town hike. Despite the heat, walking here is very pleasant because of the sea breeze.

A run (@ 5.45h getting-up) that wasn't without it. A climb on all fours and a number of off-grid passages with cacti and other prickly plants provided the necessary peeling 😉👍. You were rewarded with "mega views" for this!

Beautiful, leisurely morning walk along the north beach in the direction of Kos town without any real meters in altitude.

Nice and strenuous mountain run on the Kefala, which was last bordered by a military area. Steady climb (9.8km) to the summit with a wonderful sunrise!

Beautiful hot run to Kourna Lake; at 32°C you had to shift down a gear. The water supply of 1l was tight. Consider that at 8 a.m. it was already 29°C.

Today's run went to Episkopi, a small village near Kavros. According to Einstein 😉, time ticks a little slower here. Joking aside, hectic is a foreign word here. Incidentally, the runs here are extremely sweaty, due on the one hand to the heat and on the other hand to the altitude profile.

The length of the routes is ~ 1/T (T in K) 😉 and again and again the meters in altitude add up at 35°C...

The tour had to be stopped because I tore my knee on a goat barrier...🙈

I actually wanted to climb up to the Resistance Memorial, but with a knee injury that didn't make much sense.
