The holiday in Sweden starts with a prologue in the district of Haland - not far from the coastal town of Varberg. Here we are going on holiday in a holiday home before we start our return journey to Potsdam.

We really enjoyed our week in the house. Now it's time to head home towards Potsdam. The first stage through Halland led to the coast on very well signposted cycle paths.

The second day of our return journey began with relaxed driving on a former railway line to Halmstadt. Here we met the Kattegatsleden for the first time, which should accompany us to Helsingborg. The route is very varied. From glamorous small bathing resorts to the lonely rugged coast.

We continued today on the Kattegatsleden. What can I say. Dream route 👍

Today we left Sweden and landed in Denmark 🇩🇰. The traffic in front of the Danish capital is increasing significantly. The well-developed cycle paths ensure brisk progress.

In Copenhagen we have reached the cycle path to Berlin. When the weather is great, we enjoy the Baltic Sea beach and the sound of the sea.🚲

We continued south - mostly near the beach and always with the wind in our faces. The Svens Klint area was very impressive. A cliff area with World Heritage status. More information at:

The highlight of the day was the ferry crossing from Bogo to Stubbekobing. The wooden ferry was built in 1958 and can carry 12 cars and 98 passengers when fully loaded.

We reached Rostock at 1:30 p.m. after a relaxed ferry ride. We first had to get used to the bike infrastructure, which was in need of improvement😎

The floating angel in Güstrow Cathedral is definitely a must-see on the Berlin-Copenhagen route. Otherwise beautiful Mecklenburg summery landscapes and delicious coffee and 🍰stops.

The tour today is much shorter because of the 30 degrees +++. But the lunch stop at the Damerower Fischer was obligatory

Our journey is slowly coming to an end and we have to step on the brakes a bit in order not to be home too early. After a slightly rainy day yesterday we were happy again about the sun, clouds and wind in our faces.

🤩After 1163 km we reached Potsdam again and drove through Sweden, Denmark and Germany. It
It's always impressive how many kilometers you can cover with your own muscle power, even if it's only 50 km a day 😎. A detailed description of the planning and implementation of the trip will be written later in my highlights🇩🇰🇩🇪🇸🇪
