Veneto is one of the most diverse region’s in Italy. From the majestic Dolomites to the blue Adriatic Sea and flat plains criss-crossed by rivers and canals, it’s a wonderful place to cycle.
To help you explore the region from your saddle, we’ve put together five cycling Tours through Veneto’s varied landscape in this Collection. The routes mainly follow low-traffic lanes and farm tracks, as well as new, asphalt cycle paths. You can go on a classic ride through the Dolomites, roll along the Minicio River, cycle through the Euganean Hills and explore the Po Delta wetlands. A trip to the lagoon city of Venice is not to be missed either.
You’ll find unique Italian flair in Veneto’s lively capital and also in dreamy little towns and picturesque villages. It’s worth budgeting time to make plenty of stops en route and experience a touch of ‘Bella Italia’ –– and plenty of cappuccinos.
We wish you lots of fun and a wonderful time on your bike in Veneto.
You can find more information about the region here veneto.eu/cms/?IDcms=931&s=556&l=DE or here italia.it/en/veneto.
