Walking together, exploring, talking, laughing and helping each other; finding a nice corner where you can rest and recharge your batteries with a good snack – these are the best moments a family could wish for.

A great way to connect with the family and with nature is by taking advantage of holidays or the weekends to go hiking. At the same time, it gets the kids away from the TV and off the sofa.

In this Collection, I present five hiking trips for the whole family in Spain’s province of Alicante. Organised from shortest to longest, each Tour provides a different adventure, whether it's discovering a cliff along the coast or giant limestone formations in the middle of the mountains.

The province of Alicante hides unique natural treasures that have been created by erosion over millions of years. Both wind and water have sculpted the wonders that you discover in this Collection.

All the routes are easy to access and simple to complete. It’s wise to bring food and plenty of water along the route, as well as comfortable, well-fitting footwear.

These routes are designed for you to enjoy all year round, although the most recommended time of year is spring so that you can see the almond trees in blossom. Try to avoid extremely hot days.

Choose the route that most intrigues you and take your family in an unforgettable experience. Dogs make for great companions on these hikes too!
