Superb weather. A little hot on the Avosnes coast, full sun, full noon but the climb is short. Freshness of the woods of the regional park of Morvan, after Saulieu: a real pleasure. The section where you have to work the most is between Blaisy le Bas and Saulieu. Saulieu is welcome for a food break

  2. Left at 7:56 a.m. and arrived at 5:09 p.m., after buying a pair of sandals in Etang-sur-Arroux – I can’t wait to walk in my bike shoes (a detail that had completely escaped me). And before finding the reserved bed and breakfast in the morning. My hosts, Jean and Josette, are over 80 years old. They like

  4. Departure after a delicious breakfast and a photo shoot by my absolutely charming hosts. Direction the Signal d'Uchon and its painful percentages to my calves. Reading the names of Julian, Julien, Thibault, Warren, etc. on the asphalt makes me feel my heaviness even more! Nevertheless I am proud of myself

  5. Day passes, I have not counted them, but more than ten. Late departure, clothes to dry. The time for two breakfasts, one in the tent very early, another later on the terrace in the center of Matour - the opportunity to get to know the local retired guys, very talkative. And also time to take notes on

  6. And here is the first fully buckled SR. 😀 André had arrived the day before at the Caveau du roundabout, around 10 p.m., after a mega-stage. Breakfast at 8:00 a.m., and here we are together on the roads of the Chalonnais hinterland. A happiness of calm, roads with good coatings, and open landscapes
