Germany’s Black Forest is ideal for families. There are adventures suitable for every age group here, even the littlest ones. Hiking through these fantastic landscapes is a wonderful experience for the whole family.
Most of the Tours in this Collection are themed. You can have fun at the interactive stations and learn lots of interesting things – there’s no chance you’ll be bored. For example, you can learn a lot about the flora of the Upper Black Forest on the educational tree trail near Wittenschwand, follow the tracks of a cheeky rascal near Obersimonswald and look out for capercaillies, butterflies and wildcats. In addition, there are all kinds of fun playgrounds along many of the hikes, where little hikers can romp to their hearts' content. Along the way, a stream also provides refreshment on hot summer days.
More and more people want to explore and experience the impressive nature in the Black Forest – whether on foot, cycling or on a mountain bike. But we as humans are only guests here in the Black Forest, and the animals and plants are our hosts. That's why you must have #respectfornature. Only then can we preserve the beauty of the Black Forest for generations to come. You can find out more about our #respectfornature initiative on our profile page komoot.com/user/schwarzwaldtourismus or at respekt-schwarzwald.info.
