Instead of going for a walk, you can only move on the track with muscle power (optionally 1.5 / 2/3 hrs). A nice experience with a touch of nostalgia on the disused route Neumünster-Wankendorf. Then delicious coffee and cake in Schillsdorf in Café Kirschenholz with attached great farm shop.

A beautiful hike in the Franconian region in golden October weather and discovered a varied path.

Sunday excursion with the "Schlei Princess" from Kappeln to Schleimünde to the bird island including free guided tour there.

From the platform you have a great view over the dunes around St. Peter-Ording. It is worthwhile to stay here for a while.

If you have been hiking in the area around Achterwehr, it is worthwhile to continue this hike on the Eider with a canoe. The rental period for half a day is completely sufficient. You can travel comfortably in the direction of Westensee or the old lock to Strohbrück and back.
