We started this first stage of the Ring of Tres Macizos Peaks in Posada de Valdeón. It is advisable to get here by car and leave it in one of the car parks enabled for it. Likewise, this town offers a wide variety of accommodation, food and a mountain and climbing environment. After a walk through the

Spectacular second stage of the Tres Massizos Ring! It is recommended to see the sunrise from the starting point, they are unique! Once we start walking, the first part is very quiet and we can enjoy the views offered by the colladinas and the Horcados Rojos area. Later we entered a quiet, shady and

Hard stage this third. During this day it is worth highlighting the difficulty of the Jidiellu Channel since it is a fairly demanding channel. Be especially careful if the fog gets in, as it is very typical in these places in Picos de Europa. The first part of this stage is simple, we gain height little

After completing the first three stages -famously complicated-, today we are going to have a short break in terms of hardness. It is not so, it is in terms of kilometers but it is in terms of unevenness and type of less technical terrain. Despite this, we have to say that we once again exceed 1000m of

This fifth stage is to live it, not to be told about it! Walk through the heart of the Urrielles Massif, climb and gut, reach the most inaccessible refuge of Picos, descend dizzying channels and visit spectacular places on our way. A day to fall in love with this environment, if you haven't already

This sixth stage is another of the toughest and most spectacular routes in the Ring of Picos de Europa: Tres Macizos. Long, demanding and beautiful, the route leaves us with our mouths open again. It is worth mentioning the Canal del Texu and the Ruta del Cares, which despite all the people who are doing

The seventh day will give us a joy because it is the easiest stage of the entire Ring of Picos Tres Macizos. The Lakes of Covadonga and the beautiful trails take center stage during the day. The lakes are Enol and Ercina, of glacial origin located in the Western massif. There is a third lake, the Bricial

The eighth and last stage for us is very special. A route that remains marked forever as the views towards the Cornión Massif and the Occidental are to leave you speechless for hours. Long, technical and, once again, hard day. We will return to our starting point Posada de Valdeón, but not before glimpsing
