They’re located in the most beautiful places, often in secluded tranquillity, on romantic high alpine pastures or on wonderfully green hiking trails: Austria's huts are the heart of every hiking Tour and spoil you not only with fabulous views, but also culinary revelations.

To send you on an adventure through the whole of Austria, our staff have collected their favourite huts and we’ve planned a fantastic hike for each of them. We'll take you up high to cosy rooms and to wonderful, modern alpine huts.

Depending on their locations, they can be reached via easy hikes or more challenging ascents. They all have one thing in common though: a love of Austrian specialities, mountain sports and post-hike refreshments on the sunny terraces. So, head out and find your new favourite hut.
