As one of Germany's largest urban forests in terms of area, this popular recreation heath welcomes you right on the edge of Dresden. Here, you’ll find peaceful paths leading through the wild and romantic landscape to some incredible natural beauty. We present 10 such trails in this Collection.

You can hike in all directions and undertake Tours of varying length and intensity from 6 to 25 kilometres (4–16 mi), it's all there. Maybe you're going on an expedition alone, or maybe you’ve got your whole family with you. Either way, we’re confident you’ll find what you’re looking for in this Collection of dreamy trails.

Because the heath is so conveniently located, you can easily reach it by car or public transport. So, put on your hiking boots and off you go! We hope you enjoy exploring this beautiful region on the outskirts of Dresden.
