Von Auffahrt bis Pfingsten 2022 fuhr Andreas mit zwei Freunden von Martigny nach Genua.
Andreas// As expected, the St. Bernhard was very busy. As compensation, however, the part after the tunnel entrance was still closed, which in turn meant that we had the road to ourselves😃 In the Aosta Valley there was a massive headwind, so we drove a little less far than planned. Great day!
Andreas // Out of the Aosta Valley, into the Susa Valley. Much harder than expected because incredibly hot.

Andreas: Day trip to France. Should have stayed there maybe. Impressive weather change on top of Col Agnel, from warm and sunny to cold and foggy within seconds.
First time more than 3000 altimeters with the heavy and loaded bike.
Andreas / Through a thick foggy soup up to the Colle di Sampeyre, then an amazing view of the Strada dei Cannoni and back into the soup. Incredibly rough gravel road down, we were relieved when we were finally back on asphalt. A lot is still closed here in the area but we have found a great campsite.
Another dream section over the Gardetta Plains aka Little Peru.
Andreas / From 2250 meters above sea level down to zero (with a few counter climbs😉). Unfortunately we drove much too fast via the Via del Sale, but the dark clouds didn't bode well and so we wanted to quickly get back down into the forest. It was nice anyway! The journey to the sea then dragged on…
Andreas / Last leg of our ascent bikepacking trip. It wasn't exactly nice today, but at least it was enough for a little cooling off in the sea.
